I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium, and I was thoroughly impressed with the event facilities available. The conference center and meeting rooms provided a professional and well-equipped space for our work. The staff was helpful and accommodating throughout our time there.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. While the hotel had ample space for meetings and events, having a designated area with office equipment and services would have been beneficial for last-minute preparations and printing needs.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with comfortable rooms and a beautiful setting. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Premier Collection really knows how to create a blissful experience.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety and replenishing the selection for later guests.

The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of food options and attractions. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast selection is good, with fresh and well-prepared items.

The hotel has a dated feel to it, and the rooms lack air conditioning and proper curtains to block out the sunlight. The restaurant offers only a fixed course menu, and dining options are limited on certain days.

Extremely welcoming and understanding personel, both at reception and waiters

Stayed for 2 nights, with two different reservations. The first night we were given a standard double room, which was crammed, basic and simply doesn't justify the price (kr. 1550 per night). Opposite - When returning the next night - without any other request than a standard double, we were given a junior suite - which was available anyhow - at the same price. Simply because we came back as guest - super service and changed our opinion of the hotel significantly. The room is not "luxurious" in any way, but very nice, spacy and a great balcony.

We loved this hotel's tranquil setting, surrounded by well-tended gardens and close to a beautiful lake. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel facilities were well-designed, with comfortable public areas to relax in and free bike rentals for exploring the city. Additionally, the breakfast was outstanding, boasting a variety of options to choose from.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, we enjoyed the tasty food offered at the restaurant and the beautiful Christmas decorations throughout the establishment. the location was great and offered easy access to nearby attractions and events, which made our stay much more enjoyable.

Our room was quite small and outdated, with uncomfortable furniture and a bathroom that needed serious renovation. The lack of amenities such as air conditioning and proper curtains made our stay uncomfortable and we were frequently disturbed by outside noise.

Food was excellent, staff were mostly very attentive and helpful, room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

There are not so much complaints, but avoidable issues and things that could easily be sorted:I had a dripping tap, my handwash dispenser was never refilled and was empty, the tv was an excellent tv but only cnn in English, the shower was very poor, breakfast was a strange experience as it was deadly silent with only 3 or 4 people - may I suggest some light music, just so it doesn't feel so odd?

The rooms may not be large, but they were incredibly comfortable, and ours even had a delightful balcony. The beautiful landscaped garden surrounding the hotel was an ideal setting, and most rooms offered stunning views. The public areas were well-designed, giving plenty of cozy spots to enjoy indoors or outdoors. The free bike rentals made it super convenient to explore the nearby city and lakes, which were simply amazing. While there was some noise from nearby doors at times, the overall environment was undeniably peaceful.
